Skype will be released in a version for iPad


The application Skype , of Microsoft , is expected to iPad soon. The announcement is not official yet, but the promotional video ended up on Youtube . On the iPhone, the application was a success. After being released in the Apple device, the user base has doubled in just one month, said the vice president of product design and use of Skype, Rick Osterloh, the American site TUAW, Tech AOL.Osterloh believes the iPad will have similar success as it will reach users with the same features, chat and links to audio and video. However, the file sharing feature may not be present, Osterloh said.
