Obama gave 25 million dollars to Libyan Rebels

WASHINGTON U.S. President Barack Obama on Tuesday (26 / 4), formally ordered the disbursement of funds of 25 million U.S. dollars to rebels fighting the Muamar Gaddafi of Libya. Help for Libyan National Transitional Council (TNC) is contained in the memo from the president to the Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. 

Several officials said last week that aid can include vehicles, fuel trucks, ambulances, medical equipment, protective jacket, binoculars and radio. Provision of official aid was delivered a day after UK Defence Secretary Liam Fox said in Washington rebels Libya "gain momentum" on the battlefield and the regime of Gaddafi "recessive".
