WASHINGTON President Barack Obama next week would give the award to a United States Air Force sergeant who was killed in Laos in 1968 with the Star of Honor posthumously for "courage beyond measure and extraordinary courage" from him.Boys Richard Etchberger will join with Obama Tuesday in the East Room of the White House that a lot of jewelry to commemorate his actions at the peak of U.S. combat operations in Southeast Asia 42 years ago was quoted as saying by the AFP.
